Loren Burfiend
Loren has always loved working out, both for its own sake and for the benefits it yields in sports and recreation. In his youth, that meant football, basketball, and soccer. Now, it more often means pickleball, golf, and the most intense day hikes he can convince his wife to do when they travel. Fun fact: when he proposed to his wife at the top of Yosemite Falls, they gained so much elevation so quickly that her finger was too swollen for the ring to go on.
Loren firmly believes exercise is the best medicine available and wishes to see it prioritized at a higher level. He wants to empower others by using fitness to help them live lives with fewer limits and bring some laughter to people’s day while doing so.
