At Bell House Training Co., we use a wide variety of equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, hex bars, cable machines, tanks, rowers, Ski-Ergs, Echo Bikes, Dynamax balls, sandballs, TRX, resistance bands, battle ropes, and everything in between. Our training formats change weekly to provide variety and built-in recovery periods. Every workout includes mobility and stability movements to encourage proper movement patterns and help prevent injury as you progress. Each exercise is designed with both a progression and a regression, so no matter your fitness level, we have a workout that's right for you.
