Training Philosophy
We don’t want you to work out with us. We want you to TRAIN with us. There are many places you can go to get a good sweat, but do you truly understand the WHY behind what you’re doing?
We believe that to be your best physically and mentally, you need a firm understanding of the importance and methodology of mobility, stability, and strength training. Additionally, understanding why fueling your body with proper nutrition is superior to all the work you could put in at the gym is crucial.
It is our goal for you to understand why everything we do has carryover into every aspect of our lives!

At Bell House Training Co., we take pride in making sure that each member is met where they are and pushed in a safe and effective way to get you moving, feeling, and looking your very best.
Whether you’re a regular in the gym or it’s your very first workout, each member is welcomed to the house with a big “TWO CLAPS.” If you don’t know what we are talking about, you will learn soon!

For years, Bell House Training Co. and its members have given back to the community not because we have to, but because we GET TO!
We believe that INVESTING in ourselves is THE BEST INVESTMENT you can make. To impact others, we must first impact ourselves.
By doing just that, it’s our duty to serve our surrounding communities. From back-to-school drives, food donations, local and national charities, and organizations, we’ve given back over $150,000 with a grateful heart to serve others.
